Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

·       on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods in one order and they are delivered simultaneously;

·       on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by email: support@morevalstudio.com.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

·       received the goods back, or

·       you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,

whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion and lapse of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

·       for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer;

·       for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

·       for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the conclusion of the contract, but the delivery of which can only take place at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market;

·       for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal lapses prematurely in the case of contracts:

·       for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

·       for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;

·       for the supply of audio or video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was broken after delivery.
